How to Get the Most Out of Your Showroom Visit
October 2, 2026
You don’t need an appointment to visit our Burlington showroom — just stop in during business hours and browse at your own pace. But the customers who get the most out of a visit are the ones who come prepared. Here’s how to make your trip count.
What to bring
Photos of your space. A few phone pictures of the kitchen, bathroom, or entryway you’re working on help us immediately understand the style you’re going for — and what you already have.
Measurements. Replacing cabinet pulls? Measure the center-to-center distance between the screw holes on an existing pull, and count how many you need. Working on a door? Door thickness and backset measurements save a return trip.
Something to match. A cabinet door or drawer front, a paint swatch, a tile sample, or a piece of existing hardware. Finish names differ between brands, so a real-world sample is worth a thousand spec sheets.
Your plans or door schedule (contractors and architects). Bring the door schedule and we can spec every opening — passage, privacy, entry, sliding — with coordinated finishes and functions across the whole project.
What to expect
Our showroom is 4,000 square feet of designer and decorative hardware — one of the largest selections in the area. Door hardware, cabinet pulls and knobs, bathroom accessories, hinges, barn and sliding door systems, house numbers, mail slots, and more are all on display.
Browse on your own as long as you like. When you’re ready, our sales consultants can help you narrow down styles, coordinate finishes across rooms, and work through the technical details — handing, backsets, door prep, and function selection — so your order is right the first time.
If we don’t have it on the floor
The showroom displays a curated selection, but we can special-order nearly anything our manufacturers make — different sizes, finishes, functions, or entire product lines. If you saw something on a brand’s website, bring us the item number (or a photo) and we’ll get you pricing and lead time.
When to come
We’re open Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:30 pm and Saturday 9 am–2 pm at 175 Bedford Street in Burlington — easy to reach from Route 128/I-95 and Route 3. Directions and holiday hours are on the Showroom page.
Working on a bigger project and want dedicated time with a consultant? Call us at 781-552-3200 ahead of your visit and we’ll make sure someone is ready for you.
