Kristopher Jong
President / Owner
With decades of experience as a locksmith in the decorative hardware industry, Kris founded Mack Designer Hardware with his father, Ken, in 2016. A 9-year U.S. Army veteran who earned a Bronze Star serving in Iraq in 2007–2008 as a Military Police officer, Kris has extensive knowledge of locks and has installed hundreds of them over the years. His passion for design and commitment to quality continue to drive the company forward.
Kenneth Jong
General Manager / Owner
Ken brings a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial applications. His commitment to staying ahead of technology and hardware trends keeps our product offerings on the cutting edge of style and functionality, and his deep industry experience lets him solve almost any hardware problem. He works closely with architects, designers, and contractors on large-scale jobs for apartment buildings, hospitals, hotels, and other commercial spaces.
Josh Johnson
