1. What is a "finish" anyways?

Basically a "finish" is just a color. When manufacturers work with metal products, generally brass, zinc or steel in this industry, the original metal color might not be what you had in mind for your design. For example, brass has it's own unique color, sheen and reflectiveness, but all brass looks the same as it's just a base metal. Manufacturers have found a way to plate the brass with another coating of different metals that will give the product a more "finished" look. There are several popular styles of finishes such as Lifetime Brass, Satin Nickel, Stainless Steel, Polished Chrome, and countless others. Each finish offers it's own unique touches to every design. 2. What are your products made of?

The majority of our products are made of solid brass, with some products made of stainless steel.  Some mass-produced products that you might find at the "big box stores" might be made of zinc or hollow brass.  Visit our showroom to find our more about your favorite products and feel the difference between the different grades and qualities of materials we carry versus the commonly available mass produced products.  

3. Is there a warranty on your products?

Of course!  The warranty varies by manufacturer, but some products even have a lifetime finish warranty!  Visit our showroom and discuss your needs with a sales consultant, and we'd be happy to provide the manufacturer's warranty information for the products you are interested in.

Customer Support Questions

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

The lead time on your order varies with the products and manufacturers you have selected.  We do stock a limited selection of the most commonly purchased items, and can sometimes expedite certain "quick ship" items overnight.  In general most special orders are completed and are ready for pickup in 6-8 weeks.  It is possible for the order to take longer as many items are custom "made to order" or "one of a kind" unique items.  Please ensure that you order your items to leave you with enough time for the order to complete prior to completion of your project.

2. What is your return policy?

For in stock items, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, if in new and resalable condition.  If the item is damaged or otherwise unsellable, a restocking fee of 15-30% may apply.  Due to the nature of special order items (Made to order, or custom "one of a kind", etc.), we cannot accept returns on any special orders.  We reserve the right to apply exceptions to this policy only under extreme circumstances.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.  For special orders, a 100% deposit is required to place the order.  If you are a contractor and wish to apply for credit terms, please speak to a sales associate when you visit our showroom for a credit application.
